Chabad of the Central Valley Year-End Miracle Matching Campaign
Chabad of the Central Valley , through your unwavering support, has been a source of joy, strength, and Jewish pride in our community throughout the year. As we stand at the threshold of 2025, we invite you to partner with us in our ongoing efforts to make a real difference, and to enable us to proceed with installing our security gate in a timely fashion.
We have been approved for a security grant. However, there have been many additional expenses that are not covered in the grant and must be in place before the state releases their money for the gate to be installed.
Your support plays a vital role in spreading Jewish pride, strength, and joy, and in empowering our community to continue growing and thriving. Together, we can light the way forward and ensure a bright Jewish future in the Central Valley, whilst having an added sense of security.
Through ongoing programs for all ages:
- For Youth – Chabad Hebrew School, CKids Clubs & Holiday Programs, Shabbat Junior Minyan and Mommy & Me Playgroup
- For Community - Large-scale events such as Chanukah celebrations, Kosher Catering, Shabbat Services, High Holiday Services, and Community Shabbat & Holiday Dinners, Passover Seders, Life Cycle Celebrations, Mezuzah Services and everything Jewish
- For Adults - JLI Torah Studies Courses, Kabbalah Class, Parsha Class
- For Women - Rosh Chodesh Society, Cooking Events, Challah Bakes
- For Seniors & the Homebound – Visitations, Shabbat Gift Packages
We aim to raise $75,000 for Chabad of the Central Valley’s security gate infrastucture that is in addition to the security grant and for our 2025 programs in 8 days beginning today, Tuesday, Dec. 31. Thanks to the generosity of matchers who share our vision, every dollar donated during these 8 days will be doubled! Now is the time to unite and ensure the gate and these vital programs can grow and thrive. Together, we can expand our reach and build a stronger, more united Jewish community. Whatever you can give is deeply appreciated.
In the wake of recent challenges, including the tragedy in Israel and rising antisemitism, we stand stronger and prouder in our Jewish identity. L’Chaim! To life!
