A Family Affair
Special events for the entire family are scheduled throughout the summer.They may include a grand Summer Night Festival, lively Shabbat dinner, ‘Mom's Camp,' Mother & Daughter Night, Good Night Gan Izzy, Father & Son Night and a mock Jewish wedding. Our detailed events calendar and camp newsletters keep you abreast of all your children’s activities.

Creative Hands / Crafts 
Camp Gan Israel’s innovative arts and crafts teach the children to be creative and imaginative. The crafts incorporate various themes in Jewish life as well as fun and useful projects. Campers are sure to proudly look back at the crafts of their own hands well after the summer is over. CGI has arts and crafts instructors to lead our children in these projects.

Lights, Camera, Action!
Comedy skits, talent shows, and auction days are just a few of the programs that challenge the children to develop their innate talents.

Play Ball!
At Gan Israel, campers participate in various sports activities, receive  coaching and enjoy a wide array of recreational activities. Our sports instructors teach with patience, guidance and encouragement. Individual and group training will allow each camper to end the summer a better athlete. Our focus on good sportsmanship and self confidence makes everyone a winner!

CGI on the Go- Field Trips
Gan Israel holds regular "trip days" which include theme parks, nature hiking, ice skating and more. These exciting adventures allow our children to really show their true CGI spirit.

Good Night Gan Izzy
This unique program is designed to show your child(ren) bedtime the 'Gan Izzy' way. Your child may choose to have his/her counselor visit him/her at home before bedtime. For half an hour the counselors will read, sing and play with your child in the comfort of your own home. When the evening is over your child(ren) will be left with a complimentary souvenir Shema chart. This program is completely optional and is available on a limited basis.
